In the wake of recent Uttarakhand disaster, the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage has set up a Heritage Relief and Restoration Fund to ensure immediate action whenever a crisis situation arises. This is the first time any Organization is setting up a fund relief of heritage.
The Cheques’/drafts are to be sent on the name of ‘INTACH Heritage Relief and Restoration Fund’.
Donations to INTACH are exempt from income tax to the extent of 50 % of the donation under Section 80-G of the Income Tax Act, based on the certificate given to the Donor by INTACH Central Office.
